Originally from Russellville, Arkansas, Josh earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Denver and his law degree from Tulane University Law School. Robinson was managing editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. His legal career started in private practice focusing on civil, domestic relations, and bankruptcy litigation before joining the prosecutor’s office and rising to Chief Deputy Prosecutor. From October 2023 until January 2025, Robinson served as Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County after being appointed by Governor Sarah Sanders to fill a vacancy in the office.

He is a member of the Benton County Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. Robinson is proud to have fought alongside victims and succeeded in complex and high-profile prosecutions. He is most proud, however, of his family: Tina, his wife of 23 years, and their three amazing children. The Robinsons live in Bella Vista and attend Grace Point Church in Bentonville.
