Joshua Robinson is a candidate for Circuit Judge in 2026.
Currently the Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Benton County, Joshua Robinson has been a prosecutor for 10 years and held nearly all positions of leadership in the office and tried the most serious of cases.
Robinson is running for the open judge position for Division VI on the March 3, 2026, ballot. It is a non-partisan position elected countywide by the voters of Benton County.

A record of leadership
Chief Deputy Prosecutor
Joshua has served in the prosecutor’s office for 10 years. He has held nearly all positions of leadership in the office and now serves as Chief Deputy Prosecutor. He has handled the most serious criminal cases, including murder, rape, sex trafficking, and other violent crimes. Keeping Benton County safe is his top priority.
Prosecuting Attorney
When there was a vacancy in the prosecuting attorney’s office, Governor Sarah Sanders appointed Joshua to serve as the interim Prosecuting Attorney. He was honored to lead the office from October 2023 until January 2025, and stayed on as Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
Joshua regularly presents and teaches on the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking and child exploitation. He is a law enforcement instructor, teaching regularly at ALETA (Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy).
